|
|
It's been about 3 and a half months since my last flush and I feel prepared, but I was looking at the FAQs and saw this:
"If you still want to relax the bile ducts but not get diarrhea, take 500 mg of any kind of magnesium you like about 1 hour prior to taking the oil."
I have a bottle of Magnesium Citrate - can I use this without having to drink the whole thing? I hate epsom salts, but I hate this stuff too! |

yes of course! Just check the label and take whatever is the equivelent of 500 mg. usually that's just a teaspoon, but I don't know how diluted that stuff is. |

I ended up drinking 2-3 ounces because it actually tasted okay - the cherry flavor must have helped. One ounce contains about 1 gram of magnesium, so my bile ducts should be wide open. So far, so good. I might even try a salt water flush in the morning...we'll see. |

This was flush #9 by the way. I started flushing last June, pretty sporadically - like this time my last flush was at the end of January. I've been taking malic acid for a couple of weeks I think - took GCG for a week or so maybe 1-2 weeks ago (period interrupted it and I didn't restart)
Anyway, I got through the night just fine. Woke up around 2-3 am, not exactly feeling nauseous, but not quite normal and fell back asleep. Got up at about 6:45, felt horrible and ended up throwing up. There are few things I can deal with less than vomiting, but it wasn't too bad...I only threw up oil and I guess that coated my throat because it didn't get sore. Then I felt pretty good actually, but not ready to do the salt water flush as I had considered yesterday.
I did a couple of enemas and got out mainly chaff - gold colored - and maybe 50 or more green stones ranging from a pea size down to a half a grain of rice size...most were the tiniest size and hard to see amid all the chaff. I feel good still.
I'm going to follow up with flush #10 in a couple of weeks. Back at about flush #3 or so, I got a feeling that I needed to do at least 10 flushes before I'll get any results. For me, that's better estrogen processing to alleviate PMS symptoms like food cravings, reduction of weird eye infections and lose excess weight in hips, etc. I also want to lose my between brow furrow!
Thanks Shelley for all your support! |

congrats on such a successful flush!!!
I think your instincts are right on the money. For those lines between the eyebrow, tho, I'd do more than just flush, I'd also do some emotional release therapy like MAP, tapping, Reiki, massage, whatever appeals to you. |
