This has a tiny amount of sucrose in it as stevia is not allowed here. The company tell me it's suitable for diabetics. Not sure about candida but they're going to send me some free samples for me to try!

Yes it is excellent Shelley!!

However, they tell me it's in an aluminium container, is it the same with calmagfizz? Do you think this would be OK?

Also how much is a safe daily dose of vit D?

Thanks Smile

It's okay, the ingredients are dry and inert so they shouldn't absorb it at all. The aluminum is definitely a concern for brewer's yeast, as it will absorb some of it. But good companies use a different interior lining so that doesn't happen.

A safe dose of D depends on your diet, needs, and what else you are supplementing, but the general guideline for women over 18 is 300 IU or 7.5mcg.

I've tried this one in the past. Its mainly calcium, magnessium, acv, with traces of potassium, iron, zinc and phosphorous. I don't know how it compares with CalMagFiz, but I liked it, as it was so easy to digest, you could feel it working almost right away!

It's not quite the same as Cal-Mag Fizz, but they are smart in using acetates and then adding the ACV to increase absorption, yepperz! I also like that they went off the ratios in cow's milk. Nice idea.
