well as i should have expected this flush didnt produce results again. i think i'm an addict to liver flushes. i must stop for a while because this is the third flush in a row that hasnt produced any results. i did a coffee enema and got out loads of brown liquid which i'm sure isnt from the liver.
anyway i think i'll have to start strenghiening up.. i've lost far too much weight.. and i'll fast one day a week to give my digestion a rest.. happy bulking up..
