Does anyone have any other good recipes (other than protein shakes) to use the NYF in? I've seen a few recipes on the web for making "cheese" with it. Has anyone tried that?
Thanks! |

So far I haven't done much beyond adding it to various liquids. I craved a bowl of Top Ramen the other day and decided to oomph up its nutritional potential by adding lots of sesame seeds and NYF and it worked out great!
Here's a book that will give you plenty of recipes. I'm going to put it in my wish list and check it out one of these days!

I've been taking Nutritional yeast flakes for about a month now. I just sprinkle a tablespoon over salads or rice/veggie dishes together with my oils such as flax and olive oil . Tastes great that way.
I believe the short jagged cracks on my tongue are slightly dissapearing and wonder if its the NYF. |

could be! the combo of pure amino acids, B vits, minerals, and those good fats you've been adding to your diet, will build stronger, healthier tissues fast. |
