what do I do?

I am currently at the office so cannot do anything until I get home...

What do I do - the pain is getting to be pretty bad and I am breaking out into a complete sweat.

I know it is gallstones by soymtopms and have tried flushes in past and with the first one I passed a stone bigger than a golf ball.

what can i do to get some pain relief ????

Shelley, please please please help!

oh dear! how awful. Okay, get some Epsom salts from the drugstore and take one flat teaspoon in a large glass of water. Drink it down, wait two hours.

If pain has subsided, drink two tablespoons of oil combined with any juice you have on hand, walk around and massage the liver area by pressing IN and then DOWN.

If pain hasn't subsided, drink another dose of Es, wait 2 hours, try the oil.

You can also use 1,000 mg of magnesium citrate if you have it, or if you have gold coin grass take two tablespoons.

Hi there Shelley.

I tried what you suggested over the weekend and with no success. I still have the pain. I did not pass any stones at all either.

Should I attempt to do a full liver flush? Is it possible that 2 tablespoons of oil were not enough to cause a bile reaction?

What do you suggest, because I am really in a lot of pain right now and am considering going to the hospital. The only thing that they will do I know is cut out the gallbladder... which is not the course of action I want to follow.

Should I perhaps try a liver flush tonight then follow ith a week of Master Cleanse? I seem to feel a bit better in the mornings and then it really worsens as the day progresses.

Please, any help would be great right now.

Oh dear it does sound like you have another big stone waiting to come out. If the Epsom salts did nothing to stop the pain, that means it's probably not in a duct but the gallbladder itself. In that case it would best to dissolve it as much as possible before flushing, but if you want to chance a flush to hopefully get rid of the pain it's up to you.

If you can fast and take in 1 tablespoon of lecithin 3x a day, and malic acid/ACV several times a day and any other stone dissolvers you have, even for just a day or two, and THEN flush, you might see some good results.

A big stone would require at least 1/2 cup of oil with 3/4 cup of juice, preferably a combo of lemon and grapefruit as lemon forces more of a contraction from the gallbladder, for an effective flush. Sit up or even walk around and keep massaging the area afterwards.

Good luck! Smile

okay, I have 800 mg malic acid tablets and acv. Can i get lecithin at GNC or somewhere like that? I will definitely fast for the next few days and and then try a flush.

I will keep you posted and I really do appreciate all your kindness and help.

Thank you!

GNC might, it's a pretty common supplement. Health food stores definitely.
