Shelley,
I'm considering doing a flush tonight, but I had a Protein shake today with 3 raw egg yolks and Lecithin. Should I still do the flush? And will it be just as effective?
Also, is there anything I can substitute for the Olive Oil? (I just can't stand the taste when mixed with Grapefruit Juice.

Sure, you can still flush. My best flush came on a day of pancakes and butter for breakfast! 
Try mixing safflower oil with any other nut or seed oils that you have - sunflower, almond, walnut, flax. Any oil apart from coconut will work, just avoid the known bad oils like corn, peanut, canola. |

Would you recommend Liver Cleansing & Detoxification products such as the ones in health stores (Liquid Bottles) that have 7 day cleanses.
Mainly, I am concerned with detoxifying my liver and not just removing stones. |

I highly recommend comprehensive liver cleansing, not just flushing, which is explained in the FAQ. Several of the good products are mentioned in the FAQ too. Too many products like RenewLife don't have strong herbs.
