|
i'd like to flush every fortnight but want to get a good flush every time (greedy i know) i dont mind feeling a bit crappy for a while because i've got a long break coming up soon.
so far i'm just taking some olive oil with meals and inbetween. my diet is good and am exercising fairly regularly. i'm following the liver reccommendations from shelley too!
thanks

| just take plenty of stone dissolvers like lecithin, malic acid, gold coin grass, apple cider vinegar. You'll see fewer stones and more chaffe when you finally do flush, but the chaffe used to be stones so that's good. As they dissolve and get smaller they declump and come forward each time you eat oils and bile is released. |

thanks for the reply
i've heard a lot of people talking about gcg, julia changs, coptis. i live in the uk so i cant really get hold of this. i'm taking chanca piedra but i've heard its not as strong. i'm also taking malic acid. my question is taking plenty of these together will they still give good results? also just thinking that i'm fairly prone to break outs will i be ok with lecithin and can i take this all the time?
thanks

oh yes, still good. At least one person swears by chianca piedra, I just forget to mention it because it's not one I've tried personally.
Some acne people DO react to lecithin. You have to find out if you're one of them, and if you do breakout, well, it could be a healing crisis, so it's tough to say whether you really are sensitive to it. Try using kinesiology. If lecithin tests positive it's worth a try! if it doesn't, you're already doing plenty. |
