I'm not able to log in. I put in the user id and password, hit "okay" and nothing happens! argh.

Food intolerances usually show up as soft stools/diarrhea, sometimes leaky gut/brain fog. If you have leaky gut as the main reason for the brain fog rather than congested liver, then tests will show you as having tons of food intolerances whether you do or don't, simply because you have antigens in your bloodstream that wouldn't normally be there. At that point you don't have to avoid EVERYthing, just the things known to commonly increase leaky gut, which are foods high in Sulphur and gluten grains. Take plenty of digestive enzymes and that should help loads. Bile cleansers like carrot juice, cleansing carrot salad, lecithin, are also helpful.

If it's the ribs themselves that are sore then chances are good that your spine is out of place and that's putting pressure on the alignment of your ribs. A subluxion in that same area would also cause anxiety.

If the soreness seems to be coming from soft tissues (UNDER the ribs) and referred pain, then it's probably inflamed colon, which would make sense with food intolerances and leaky gut. If your last colonic cleaned you out good, then it's time for Barley Tea, ginger tea and fish oils, to reduce inflammation and tighten/tone the colon.

Hi Suzie Smile
So do you have post-viral fatigue? Yes you do have a lot of food intolerances....where you expecting that? Are you happy with their analysis and are you going to follow the programme? Sorry for all the questions Shocked
I actually spoke to a guy called Richard from the company today. I wanted to know more about the machine they use. He says it's like a radionics machine and that it's highly accurate....also they're using it a lot in Germany apparently.
Let us know how you get on if you follow their programme Smile

that's fascinating!

Hey, I say go by what the test says. I just checked and sure enough, my favorite naturopathic doctor is using this same kind of technology from Germany and swears by it. He's the same one who did my live blood analysis years ago. He speaks on it all the time, I just haven't had a chance to get on over to his office. Afraid to find out how much he's charging for it. Wink

So it looks like yeasties are no longer such a huge issue, altho the number was there it wasn't as high as bacteria etc., so that will bring some foods back into your diet that you couldn't eat before. I'm not sure that they're recommending enough of a parasite cleanse tho with just the one extract? hmmm. And what's with shark oil???

Hi all

Well, I've ordered my prescription from Metabolics and its costing £68.00.

Some might think thats alot but I just want to get rid of this brain fog/confusion and panic attacks. I don't care how much it costs. Cool

They despatched it yesterday so it should be here tomorrow or Monday.

ANNE, Well, I don't know whether I was surprised about the post virus result but seeing as the lymph glands are involved, I think I was getting there with the adrenal tonic etc. Although I think the liver and pancreas are still a problem, I had a feeling that I had to deal with something else before I went back to them.

We'll see what happens within the 11 week course.

SHELLEY - I'm still a bit worried about the lemon and carrot and garlic. Confused

I am lost without them as I can't have the cleansing salad and I adore my lemon with maple syrup & acv & cayenne. Also - How can anyone cook without garlic. Sad Do you class this as sulpherous as in keeping away if leaky gut is a problem?

Shark liver oil - well let's be different Wink

Just to say that I had a very very bad virus approx 3 years ago and lost my smell. This was the start of the slippery slope and maybe we have something here Question

I will post my experience with that in a blog later.

Ricky - Have you got your result yet??

Take care all Smile

yep, garlic is bad for leaky gut people, sigh!

We can design a new cleansing salad for you. You can use another citrus - lime, grapefruit, even orange, instead of lemon, and a combination of grated beets and spring greens instead of carrot, or use burdock root if you can find it fresh. It looks ike a really ugly root heh. Smile

You can use the alternate cleansing drink, or perhaps use Lime instead of lemon. ACV will help with the viral issue so do keep taking that!

And you might want to consider getting Colostrum (I know, yet ANOTHER supplement) because it's a pretty powerful immune strengthener.

Hi Shelley - Which collostrum or both Question

http://www.greensfoods.co.uk/index.asp/page=search/manufacturers=Colostrum

Can't seem to find raw beetroots at the mo - are cooked beetroots any good?

I suppose leeks are out of the question too? Crying or Very sad

Can't order from Amazon.com as they don't deliver over hered. Don't seem to have much luck ordering cal-mag fizz as they either only ship to US and Canada or when I try to email I get this screen saying that I have to add something or other. I must have tried for approx 3 hours yesterday - it's so frustrating. Emergen C seems to be more easy to get hold of - they even supply it over here but it's nearly £15 per pack Twisted Evil

I haven't received my prescription from Bionetics yet but the Adrenal tonic seems to have had an affect on my panick attacks and gerneral mood Laughing

By the way my brother was taken to hospital this morning coughing up blood. Any suggestions what he should take for his lungs?

Take care

either will do. Smile

Cooked beets will do in a pinch. Smile

yep, leeks are sulphurous too.

Awww you poor UK people! Honestly one of you need to go into the business of supplying health food stuff. Smile See if you can get Solaray over there, they are a very good manufacturer of vits and mins and have quite a lot of versions of calcium/magnesium that will do.

OH dear, coughing up blood is not good. Can't recommend anything at this point until they figure out exactly why. Does he smoke clove cigarettes? That would cause it.

Hi Shelley

It's a bit too late to help - he died on the operating table an hour ago. Oh God I can't believe it - it was so sudden. He had only just had his 50th birthday. We have to wait for the post mortum. The doctors didn't know where he was bleeding from but I have this uncanny feeling that it was a tumour in the lung but he never complained of back ache or couched up blood before. Yes he did smoke and had a smokers morning cough.

I think I might have to go and get some Rescue Remedy tomorrow.

It still hasn't sunk in and I'm on auto pilot.

Please say a prayer for him everyone

Thanks and take care of yourselves
