I think it is about time I create a journal for myself here! Smile

I am 27 and have been experimenting with different forms of cleansing for a few years now. I got into natural healing as a way to help get rid of the acne and hormonal irregularities that I have had since I was 12. I discovered "candida" and things just snowballed from there once I realized I was a likely candidate.

I was on a vegan raw foods diet for one year and then realized that was doing more harm than good. Since then, I have discovered colonics, liver flushing, tons more about nutrition, herbs, ejuva, and so much more. What a journey.

I just went to one woman who does biofeedback therapy with a QXCI machine and she found that I still have liver toxicity, adrenal fatigue, parasites, heavy metal toxicity, and....I can't recall if there was more. It is great to know but also so discouraging! I just hope that one day these things will actually get better. Tomorrow is liver flush #8. I wonder if my liver will ever be healthy?

So, that's my story for now. I am taking liver herbs from Biotics, continuing with liver flushes, homeopathics for trauma and adrenal fatigue, doing a very low glycemic diet, and avoiding all food intolerances.

Thanks so much for your support, everyone. This is a great forum.

Blessings!

Preparing for liver flush #8 tonight. I always feel so strange the day of the flush since I don't get to eat any protein or fat. Gah. I am so spacy and basically feel very heavy. Strange. Either way, I am planning for a great flush!

Tonight will be my first with something other than olive oil.

Well, I took my liver flush oil/juice drink at about 11:30 last night and woke up at 5:30 in the morning feeling quite nauseous. I was able to calm myself and fall back asleep. Woke up again at 7:30 this morning and had to run to the bathroom to vomit. It was bright yellow...maybe bile? Ah well. This is the first time I have been sick with a liver flush. I just hope that this was long enough after taking the mixture so that I still get some stones out.

This one seemed particularly hard. I think I won't be doing another flush for a while.

But at least I get to rest all day today! I think I will make some sauerkraut, do some reports for work, enjoy the rain outside....

It seems that vomiting the next morning does not really disturb the flush. I still passed about 125 stones plus I have a colonic sceduled for tomorrow which I am sure will release even more. I felt pretty good today, too. This has been the easiest liver flush, though this oil/juice drink was the hardest. I was having the hardest time getting it down.

Time to take a break from flushing! I am sure the rest of my body will be glad to hear that.

Oh, and the night before last my friends had their ecstacy party. I am still happy that I didn't partake, though I am honestly feeling a tad bit left out. Oh well. Not something I want to base my friendships on!

Hi Marie,

Little late to post, but still I would like to congrats on successful LF Very Happy .

My first flush was ok, with the drinks and everything, went down pretty easy, but next one and the one after, oh my Mad . I thought I would die. Drinking was so hard Sad . But, the day after, I felt so much better, and light, so it was all worth Very Happy

If you feel you have to take a break from the flushes do so, your body knows the best.

oh, and one more thing, it's so great you didn't go to that party Very Happy

all the best,

Hi Ivana,

Thanks for the support. Smile

I am busy doing these liver cleansing herbs and making my way up to more therapeutic doses while also getting colonics. So, there is definitely some cleansing going on, just not through flushing!

I bought this book that was recommended to me called "The Secrets to Great Health from Your Nine Liver Dwarfs". I can't wait to read it! Liver cleansing is so essential.

Blessings to you!
