|
|
Hi Shelley:
I was wondering how much olive oil/epsom salts should a 120 pounds person take for the liver/gallbladder flush.
Also, I have noticed that I have a kind of yellow (not too yellow) stain in one of my eye's white portion (i think it's called sclera).
Does this stain means something?
Maybe it's related with liver/gallbladder congestion?
Thanks and your help is greatly appreciated,
Roberto |

If the stain is something new then yes, it means something. The fact that it is localized is interesting, as usually jaundice affects the entire white of both eyes. If you can get irridiology done a good irridologist might have something interesting to say about that! Yellow does usually mean excess bile somewhere, usually small intestine. Carrot juice, cleansing carrot salad, fiber, will help wtih that, as will a liver flush so long as it is followed by good bowel managemnet to flush it all out.
120 pounds isn't very large, so you should be okay with two doses of 1/3 cup oil and about 3/4 cup juice or a little less. I like to take two doses because it allows me to back out of the second one if I get nauseous. Wait about half an hour in between doses. |

| I weigh about 124 pounds and I drink 3/4 cup of olive oil; is that too much? I find that that amount usually get the job done. Is there really such thing as a toxic level of olive oil, though? |

| absolutely everything has a toxic level, even water. 3/4's cup tho, should be fine for your body weight so long as your digestion is not overly compromised. 3/4's cup is about the maximum dose for people up to about 140 pounds. I split the 3/4's cup up into two doses and don't always take the second dose. |
