I have been using the Trace minerals from ConcentTrace for a few months.
No real whoop insofar as any positive things I can directly attribute to them,
but I suppose that will take a lot longer.
Does anyone have anything better to suggest.......Oh, I do take Chlorella
which has a few minerals....but on a recent hair mineral analysis I was
disappointed to find no real improvements in over a year of extremely
healthy eating, supplementing minerals and all. |

the body has a lot of safeguards against minerals so we don't overdose. These safeguards may be overcome slightly by taking Vitamin C and getting minerals from plant sources rather than pill sources. Soaked or sprouted nuts, dried apricots, eggs, dark leafy greens, broccoli, potassium broth, vegetable broth, bieler broth, grade B maple syrup, molasses, oatstraw tea, dandelion tea, seaweed, kombu, caviar, oysters, sea salt, that's the way to do minerals.
The only minerals I supplement are the electrolytes, zinc and iron. Unless you have some genetic proclivity towards not managing minerals correctly (acupuncture helps with this a lot), whole foods are the best way to go and the safest for your kidneys, because minerals are still metals. Taking large doses of "good" minerals is just as bad as being exposed to aluminum or lead. |
