Hi Shelley,
The clocks went forward by an hour in the UK last weekend but the time still appears as an hour behind for messages being sent. So this message will appear as being sent at 11.11 instead of 12.11.
Is it possible to change this?

In the US we have not changed our clocks yet, this could be the problem and that when we change out clocks things will be resolved

Maybe you have to go back into your profile and change it yourself under timezone. I remember having to do that originally.
