Have you used or do you know anything about alpha lipoic acid, phosphatidyl serine, glycerolphophorylcholine, acetyl-l-carnitine? They have been sited in a few places such a Reader's Digest as anti-aging or cognitive enhancers.

Thanks

Hi Comatose, glad you finaly posted Very Happy

ALA is a powerfull antioxidant, in Germany they even use for peripheral neuropathy, a common complication of diabetes. It can also protect the liver in cases of hepatitis and other types of liver disease, prevent cancer etc.

Let's see what Shelley has to say about other things Smile

Yes, all wonderful things but best gotten from real foods, not refined, except for ALA.

ALA is so powerful it's not safe to take it unless you take it the right way - with plenty of other anti-oxidants and herbs to protect and induce cleansing of the liver and kidneys.

The rest can be gotten from foods no problem, altho I do like the brain booster supplements from www.gematria.com.

I clicked on the gematria.com link and it just gives a list of upcoming conferences.

Thanks.
