In the FAQ under Essential Recipes. Click on the link for beverages and protein shakes. Smile

Instead of the raw eggs can rice protein or goatein be substituted?

I would use both raw eggs and then add just a little bit of rice protein or goatein. Just a little. Eating too much of that all at once will overload the liver and kidneys and congest you. Eggs don't do that. I'm not a huge fan of processed protein powder additives - make sure they are not processed with heat, which denatures the proteins and makes them fake foods that stress the immune system. They should use a freeze-dry or dehydration process that doesn't involve heat.

What about powdered egg protein, such as the one by NOW Foods? Or whey protein? I ask because I can't always get organic eggs and would like an alternative option. I was also curious about the goatein or rice protein but see you answered that one.

BTW, I'm new to posting but have been lurking. This is a great website, Shelley! Very Happy

Hi Flowers! Smile

See if you can get Ultra-Meal or Ultra-Cleanse by Metagenics, both protein powders are based on brown rice. Egg powders just don't survive the process and end up being pretty much a waste, nutritionally. Metagenics source link in the Source forum.

Goatein and Whey are fine if they test fine with kinesiology, just watch your tongue coat and pull back if it gets coated. I never tested positive for whey protein myself.

I also like "Complete Aminos" from www.gematria.com. Great company, great supplements. Dr. Todd will get the Nobel Prize someday.

Nutitional Yeast Flakes also have a lot of amino acids.

Hope that helps! Smile

OK, Thanks! I've taken one of those a long time ago (metagenics). I forget which one. Maybe I'll try that again. Are you saying to mix it with the other stuff in your protein drink?

How does the gematria powder taste?

Thanks!

Yep. Whenever you want to take a break from eggs, use the Metagenics or Gematria proteins.

The Gematria proteins are in a pill so you don't have to taste them. They're just pure amino acids, charged by Dr. Todd's special healing laser. All of his product sales are to finance his independent research into health and healing so that he doesn't have to kowtow to any pharmeceutical companies. I went to one of his seminars and it is truly Star Trek (or Atlantis heh) advanced stuff! His laser just immediately spurs cells to heal themselves. In his clinical trials he's working with HIV people. He lasers their blood and reduces their titer of antibodies and viruses back down to a normal person's! Smile
