magnesium oxide product

I can only find one product in australia that sells magensium oxide for colon cleansing. it has a magnesium oxide and carbonate. is this ok to take? i can't find the exact measurements.

That should be fine. If their literature reads the same way as Oxy-powder's does then it's probably the same product. Or it's just two different kinds of magnesium, which will flush the bowels. Only take for 2-4 weeks, however, then take a break. It's still unknown whether magnesium oxide means flooding your body with free radicals. Colosan recommends taking anti-oxidants for this reason.
