How long to wait before flushing after a cold

I have a flush scheduled for this weekend but I'm still having symptoms of a cold. I definitely won't be doing it this friday as scheduled because I'm sure I won't be 100% by then but I'm wondering how long I should wait before I can flush after a cold? Should I let my body rest for a while after a cold or can I do it right on the day I feel 100% again.

It depends on what kind of cold/flu you have. If you got dehydrated, wait a week. If you stopped taking the stone dissolvers while you were ill, wait a week so you have time to take them and dissolve the stones properly.
