What is the correct procedure for having a coffee enema?
There many conflicting procedures given. For example Curezone lists different procedures with the these directions: use knee-chest position, lie on left side and insert colon tube 12 to 18 inches, lie on back or right side and insert tube a few inches, lie on right side and insert not more than 4 inches.
The two websites listed below sell coffee for coffee enemas.
The following is a quote from website http://www.sawilsons.com/basic.htm
"It should flow very gently into the rectum and distal sigmoid colon only. It is not a high enema or colonic. Allowing it to go well up into the colon may introduce caffeine into the general circulation as though you had taken it by mouth."
The following is a quote from website
http://www.optimalhealthnetwork.com/tek9.asp?pg=kb&article=10
“start out on left side, take some tube and water, then after the tube is ‘in’ about 10+ inches, turn over on your back.”
So what procedure to you recommend?
Thanks.

Oh goodness that's too funny! insert the tube 10 inches?????????? You'd push thru the second sphincter if you did that, and probably puncture something! Okay sure if you're a 6'3" linebacker you could probably get away with it.
The best position is flat on your back. None of the others work, the tube will just fall out. Sheesh, the people who print that stuff must never have done a real enema. You can shift a bit and lie on your left side at first so that gravity helps, and then you lift your buttocks off the ground, then turn over onto the right side once the solution has made it to the transverse colon.
As long as you use organic coffee and preferably a non-metal container to make it and store it in you're fine.
It has to get pretty high up in order to cause the liver to flush. The downside is we do take in caffeine at that point but it can't be helped. Just don't do them too often. If you've quit caffeine then getting some for therapeutic reasons isn't so bad.
Start out with plain flushing enemas of salted water just to get used to doing enemas and to make sure the colon is clean. Take in as much water as you can, massage a little, and release. keep releasing until emptied. Then do a retention enema with coffee.
Hope that clears up a few things! |
