would easters tea be good for someone with candida and mucous and how many times a day do u drink it what s ur thought on senna tea great laxative though Rolling Eyes

I detest senna, it doesn't work for me, just causes cramps and actually STOPs my BM's. It causes dependency over time.

Eater's Digest is perfect for someone with candida. It's a gentle laxative that doesn't create dependency, affecting mostly the small intestine, and has plenty of digestive aids that are so crucial to candida people who have weak digestive systems.

All my tea recommendations are for just about everyone. They are really only contra-indicated if you have diarrhea. Teas are very effective medicine and quite cheap.
