Liver flushing: How often?

I know it says 3 weeks. Some say 2 weeks. I even saw people doing two flushes in a row, as in one today, another tomorrow. Would any one care to give me pros and cons of flushing at these different types of intervals? I was planning to do my secod liver flush in two weeks rather than three... And for those who did double flushes in a row, how did you fare?

It is very stressful to the body to do two LF one after another. It should be done with 2 weeks intervals. More on this topic in the FAQ
