Yeah, they're fine for when you need a localized detox, such as with inflamed joints. Just apply them right to the area.

The problem with actually using them on the feet is while you can control a lot of what happens in the body from the feet, you cannot easily EXIT the toxins released via the feet. So they are a bit of a stirrer upper without being an eliminator. See what I mean?

They definitely encourage detoxing, but unless you have a way to actually take OUT the toxins, you'll just make yourself sick for nothing. So only use them when doing comprehensive liver and bowel management, like prior to a colonic or liver flush and enema, or maybe prior to a detox bath.

Thanks for the reply

Could these pad possibly be more effective in removing toxins from the feet than others? In the Dr's testimonial he said he noticed dark circles on the pads and when he sent them in for testing they had alot of toxins in them. Then he said he noticed the dark circles got smaller as he used them more.

That makes so much sense Shelley. I bought some of these footpads for the kids. One of my kids (who I am trying to do some bowel management work with) wakes up in the nastiest of moods when he's had some footpads on overnight. It sends him mad!

So detox foot pads don't work? Are they a scam?

No, they're not a scam, they just aren't used right. Use them while soaking in a detox bath, or prior to the detox bath, or prior to a sauna, or prior to a clay bath, while drinking blood purifiers like burdock root tea and then do a coffee enema. Use them on the specific site of swelling/toxic overload, such as an inflamed and arthritic joint.

Thanx alot Shelley for the info, I take it that toxins cannot easily escape though the feet? Do you think that the brown sticky gunk that is on the patches, when removed, is caused by sweat and not toxins.. because if that is the case then I would suggest that these patches (which main selling point is the release of toxins through the feet) are a scam.. the confusing part for me is how some report how the brown gunk gets less and less with continued use Confused Has anyone else got any views on this subject because I have been using them for a week along side the oxypowder and have been feeling pretty nauseus of a morning and am not to sure which one is the culprit.. maybe i'll give the pads a miss tonight to see if it's them making me feel worse. Anyone else use them Question

The skin is a path of elimination, but the footpads will release a lot more toxins into the bloodstream than what can be exited on the pad. What you see is nothing compared to what's left in the body. I wouldn't do footpads unless I'd done several baths, like Miracle II baths or my detox baths, and comprehensive bowel and liver management, first.

Yeah thx Shelley, gonna look up your detox baths before carrying on I think.. I guess an all over skin detox would be better than just using the feet as an elimanation route.. and less expensive I would hazard a guess Very Happy
