hi again

i was wondering if the herb echincia if i spelled that right would help with probiotics and anti yeast products

and isnt there a vitamin that prevents yeast from growing Embarassed

Echinacea is a general immune booster which should be pulsed (i.e. not used all the time). I don't know much it will help against candida.

The vitamin you are thinking of is biotin (a B vitamin), which is *supposed* to stop the yeast turning into the more invasive fungal form. However I personally haven't noticed this effect.

No, do not take echinacea. Yeast exhausts the immune system and echinacea does the same thing. It boosts so hard it collapses if you take it more than a week.
