enemas & salt water flushes

Hi Shelley,
If I do an enema every other day, how often do you think I should do a swf? And on which days?

p.s. is it ok to do a swf on days of taking fiber shakes?

Hi sunlover,
salt water flush isn't something you should do regularly as it can be quite tough on the system.

An enema every other day is fine - if you can do it after a bowel movement then that is perfect. Remember to top-up your electrolytes afterwards.
