I did some ACV enemas yesterday--whoa! The action was very cleansing! I had strong cramps and got tons of stuff out. I probably used too much--just dumped some in. How much ACV should we use per pint of water?

I can't wait to do that again!

try just a tablespoon or two to start. About a quarter cup (three tablespoons) should be all you need per quart.

all the same benefits of eating it, just more localized to the colon. It kills yeast dead in its tracks.
