Yes, anything called Liv.52 is sticking by the original herbal formula or they can't call it liv.52. Doesn't matter who the manufacturer is, it's the same thing.
I have a list of a ton of different laxatives, most of which are candida safe, in the FAQ under bowel management. Best thing for candida people is to take Triphala 2-3 times a day, take a tablespoon of olive or flax seed oil 2x a day, one of them before bed, and fish oil in the morning; and drink the Cleansing Drink with Stevia instead of maple syrup, as cayenne is a good gentle laxative. Drink a cup of digestive tea with fennel or rhubarb any time during the day.
It's also smart to keep on hand glycerin tab suppositories, for when things get stuck right at the end of the colon or in the rectum, and a bottle of Agape's Perfect 7 intestinal cleanser which has cascara sagrada and that will get ANYthing moving quickly. |
