Hi Shelley

could you compare those 2, which one is better? or shall the cleanse quality be the same with both if done properly?

I'm also interested if it is ok to take l-glutamin during the bowel cleanse?

thanks

Yes, it's okay and encouraged to take L-glutamine while bowel cleansing, especially if you have leaky gut or cracks in your tongue, or sensations of pain/burning.

I keep meaning to do a table that compares/contrasts these various methods of bowel management.

P&B shakes pro's: cleanses both small and large intestine. Gets out mucoid placque from the small intestine.
Cons: does so slowly, so you suffer healing crisis more, longer. Things like gassiness and brain fog don't go away very fast. There's a chance of absorbing too much aluminum from the clay. Some people can't pass psyllium, it just gets stuck and turns to cement. Should chase shake with Cleansing Drink because of this. Can get allergic to psyllium over time.

Colonics: Pro's: Thoroughly cleanses the colon. Gets it clean as it can be, gets rid of the more liquid, yellow toxins that fiber may leave behind, quickly reshapes the colon too. Cleans it fast so while you may get healing crisis it passes quickly. Frequently flushing the colon clean eventually cleanses the entire body. Quickly cures brain fog.
Cons: cost, doesn't clean small intestine.

So the best compromise is to do at least one colonic at the start of your bowel management, do your P&B shakes after that, and if you can afford it, or if you get an enema/colema setup, do weekly colonics/enemas while doing p&B shakes.
