Quick question to anyone,
I just finished my first flush. First, bowel movement was semi-solid but I was able to sift through and find dark-green pebbles and stones. Are these the liver and gallbladder stones I should be looking for? They better be, I didn't like playing with my "stuff" to find stones . They're definitely hard, but if I press them hard enough they smother into a gelatin-like paste. I also found a few tannish-white ones, those are more harder. Then after the SWF, had more stones, but most came in pebbles. So, yay or nay?
Spanks. |

Yes, those are stones! Cholesterol and other human fats get "waxy", they don't ever truly harden. The whiter and tanner ones have a different mixture of compounds, less cholesterol, possibly some calcium, so they're a mite harder.
If you take care to have NO fiber on the day of the flush, and do something to make sure all of your previous meals have been eliminated prior to the flush, then you'll just have stones come out and they'll be easier to see. You won't have to "play" with them to see them because they'll be free to float. |
