Any thoughts on superseed by Garden of Life? They recommend 2 tbsp for a serving. That is 7 grams of fiber. Just curious of your opinion on this stuff.

I like all of their products. I wouldn't start out with two tablespoons tho, I'd start out with one and see how I did. That's a lot of fiber to take in at once! Smile

I bought it but hated the taste, so my boyfriend finished it. He thought it was great.

I bought 2 HUGE tubs of this stuff. I mix it in w/the Protein Shake. I tried taking it with just water one time though-YUCK! I think it's gonna take me 2 years to use up those tubs. I mean, they are H-U-G-E!!! Laughing
