I read that it said 1/2 cup to 3/4 cups for the first dose. Is that all I'm supposed to be drinking during the whole flush or am I supposed to drink another 1/2 -3/4 cup? Because you were talking about a 2nd dose so I assumed another round of 1/2 oil and yep, I dranketh 1 cup oil.

Yep, you want to have two doses. Each dose should have a minimum of 1/2 cup of oil and almost twice as much juice. That's all most people need. Big guys may need a bit more. Wink

Having two doses lets you back out of the second if you feel to queezy, and makes the flush last longer because you wait a good 15-30 minutes before taking the second dose.

use grapefruit juice instad of or in addition to lemon juice and mix together thoroughly, and then the oil will bcome so thin that it will shoot its way very quickly to the liver to cause a very good flush. It is important that they be mixed together.

store-bought doesn't have as many enzymes and so won't emulsify the oil as much. After a couple flushes you really never want to taste the olive oil again, and that means emulsifying it thoroughly! Wink

now if you want to compromise get canned grapefruit slices, the ones in the glass jars in the refrigerated section of the produce section. Squeeze or blend those then filter out the juice. you'll get some enzymes then.
