| What is the best diet in regards to fat for liver and gallbladder? Can you eat chicken and eggs? Also has anyone tried the supplements from this website http://www.organichealthandbeauty.com/, i.e liver recue III+ and liver and gallbladder formula? |

Fat is perfectly okay on a liver-supporting diet, in fact they're encouraged so the liver can cleanse, so long as they are natural and preferably raw. Animal fats are okay as long as they are accompanied by veggies/fiber and don't overdo. NO deep frying, no trans-fatty acids, no phony fat substitutes like margarine and non-dairy creamer.
Coconut oil is the only fat that does not involve the liver at all, so if fats are giving your gallbladder pain and nausea, that is the best oil to use. |

| oh sure, no problem at all. Be sure to read about fats - there's a post in the Vital Lifestyles forum I think - what most people know about fats is just bad propaganda from margarine conglomerates. We cannot live without fats, cannot have healthy cells without fats. Fats are GOOD. |
