Hi Shelley and everyone!
Is it ok to use Kefir with pesteurized but not homogenized milk on the Candida diet? Also what do you think about kombucha tea? While asking, as I live in Finland I canīt get my hands on the Colonix bowel cleansing products. I have ended a 21 day juice fast (used oxy-powder), and now Iīm looking to start with a fiber cleanser. I think my options are a combination of Schulze 1 and 2 or Sonneīs 7. Which one do you think is better suited? Any input would be nice! |

If it's kefir it's kefir, doesn't matter whether it first started out as pasteurized milk so long as they don't pasteurize it after it becomes kefir! Try having just 1/2 a cup and see how you do. If symptoms don't increase, have another 1/2 cup or a full cup and see how you do.
Kombucha is great stuff, some people react badly tho so use kinesiology to test and see if it's appropriate for you. Some candida people get sensitized to it.
go for sonne - it's better value for the money IMHO. Just a better blend of things overall and all in one product. |

| whoopsie I was thinking of Agape's Perfect 7. Sonne #7 is just bentonite clay, isn't it? which means you'd still need a fiber/laxative. |
