Shelley you mensioned once a healthy way to make hot chocolate using coco powder. What's the recipe for that? Can I make it with almond milk? Will stevia work to sweeten it?

Thank you,
Katia

The recipe is in here SOMEplace. Smile There are many versions. I also have a link in the Sources forum to some good chocolate products.

You can use fresh whole milk, that's okay, it's the powdered milk that's bad. Just be sure to simmer it for a bit. If you're allergic to dairy use either almond milk or rice dream. Coconut milk also works.

add about 1/2 cup of HIGH QUALITY cocoa, it should be at least 70% cocoa or better. Hershey's won't cut it.

Stevia is great.
