Hi Shelley,
I got some cocoa nut oil but have no idea how to use it and how much. Also how often should I be eating it?

Thank you,
Katia

do you mean coconut oil as in from the round, hard tropical fruit coconut? If so, use it in place of olive oil or butter for cooking, or just eat it off the spoon. You can have 1-3 tablespoons a day no problem, just cut out some protein and carbs if you don't want to gain weight. Getting plenty of fats is actually the best way to burn fats, provided you don't also increase your caloric intake over and above your metabolic needs.
