| This last week i''ve been on a emotional rollercoaster. I thought i was emotional because i was menstrating but this has been the worst it's been I've been crying myself to sleep every night about things that never bothered me before. Do you think my emotional purging is due to my cleansing? Do you think that maybe there is something in the cosmos that's making me feel so unstable? Perhap it's because of the upcoming equinox? Even writing this is making tear up. I don't know what's happenning to me. I feel really out of control. Thanks for listening. |

Sorry to hear you are going through a bad time. Just know that it will pass. I know how you feel, I have had some weeks, shortly after a flush where I felt I was totally out of control ... crying, shouting, raging!
There is definately something in the air! I'm sure the Equinox makes an enormous difference to our emotional state and any cleansing done around this time will be even more significant.
One thing I can assure you of, is when the emotional rollercoaster is over, you will feel so great! Make sure you allow your tears to flow, don't try and hold them back. Treat yourself with absolute love, like you were a new born baby. Be good to yourself in any way you can be. Take time to think through what emotions are being released, allow yourself to feel them and be with them. Take some lovely warm baths and do anything that makes you feel good.
Your emotional purging means your cleansing is working! This is part of a detox/healing crisis effect.
Don't eat much, or just have liquid meals like juice and broth when you are upset as your digestion will be affected by upsets.
Flower remedies help a lot with emotional transitions. I am taking them daily right now as I too am feeling more sensitive than usual.
Remember, tears are cleansing for the soul, so allow them to flow. In fact, you can even encourage the tears more by listening to sad music and watching moving films.
(((((((( Big hug ))))))))))
P.S. I'm sure you know who I am from absolute scar forum *wink* |

I'm so sorry you are having to deal with such trying emotional purging.
Hang in there. It will pass, and when it does. Wow it feels so darn good to have released all that negative energy.
I know in January I hit a real bumpy patch. Everything seems multipied in intensity.
I do believe that cleansing can release odd emotional pains as well as old toxins that are then freed up to circulate in your body.
Keep cleansing and wash the toxins out of you.
Be well! Keep healing and pamper yourself. You deserve it. |

Cleansing will certainly bring on an emotional purge. Once our body/mind gets the message that we're ready to deal with everything that's been backed up for so long, it says YEAH! and start dumping the things that we couldn't fully express or feel because it was just too much at once. Anything we've suppressed in our past is waiting to rise up and be released, especially if we cleanse the liver, where much of this is "stored."
Flower essences and MAP are the very best therapy at these times. If you don't have access to these, consider getting a massage or Reiki treatment from someone you really trust. There is a kind of healing that happens between people when they connect that really gets us balanced energetically, and that helps a lot to stabilize us.
I've been exremely sensitive lately and it's SO annoying LOL! All I have to do is see something sad or uplifting on TV, like a story on Ellen about a 10 year old kid who beat a brain tumor - and I'm practically bawling!!! But I'm not testing positive for flower essences so I'm not even sure where it's coming from. Could be due to the reduced-protein diet I have to eat several days out of the week.
Be sure to drink plenty of fluids in case you have toxins passing the brain blood barrier. And just be extra nice to yourself! Rent a romantic comedy and have a good laugh/cry. |

Invincible, it just hasn't been the same without you in the absolute board. In fact i don't even go there anymore since you left! I'm glad i can still keep in touch with you over here! Thanks so much for all your guidance! I'm already on my third cross. I think that why i was feeling so depressed because i didn't see much results from this last treatment. But i will push thru and i just want to thank you for your help with the crosses. I hear you're going to the yoga retreat, and i wish you a wonderful mind and heart opening experience over there! Please do tell us how it goes!
Thanks everyone for responding because i do feeling better. Sending you all much love and happiness!

Yes I can totally relate to what everyone's been saying!!! I was like a woman on the verge of a nervous breakdown when I did my liver flush in January, like you Invinc....crying is an understatement
And I do get very emotional a lot of the time....yes Shelley, sentimental TV....I even cry at Neighbours!!!! How sad is that! I do feel much better afterwards though, letting it all out

Thank you! I'll let you all know how the meditation retreat goes, I'll be leaving on the 24th. (More info if you're interested: http://www.dhamma.org/art.htm ) If you ever need any help on CROSS or related issues, just PM me here. Sometimes it takes 6 months to see the final result.
I hope you get yourself a wonderful massage! Sometimes when we have these emotional times, some of the emotions get trapped in the body, so it's great to get a massage to release any knots and aches. |
