| I love the Bach Rescue Remedy! I first discovered it when my cat and I moved back home to say with my mother for a few months. My poor little kitty really stressed out because of the move. Someone suggested using Rescue Remedy to calm her down. I put a few drops in her water dish, and sure enough, a few hours latter she totally mellowed out. The next time I felt stressed out, I tried a few drops myself. I have to say, I didn't expect much from some silly flower essences. I experienced a very powerful yet subtle reaction. It has a real calming effect on me. I am very pitta, when I'm stressed out, I can have a nasty short temper. I carry Rescue Remedy with me at all times, I use it when ever I feel my blood starting to boil. My pets get it in their water on vet day. It's even good for a hangover! |

I heartily endorse Rescue Remedy, and Perelandra's version, Emergency Trauma Solution.
The patterns held in plant life are very balancing to our bodies. We rely on the animal, plant and mineral kingdoms for vital health. The Plant kingdom especially is what nourishes and builds our nervous system, so it makes sense that plant patterns would be especially balancing and soothing to our emotions and mental state. |

| My son had a terrible temper tantrum yesterday - lasting almost 2 hours! I suddenly remembered that I had just received my ETS from perelandra. It helped so much - I felt more forgiving when I took a dose and then I gave him some and he calmed down very quickly. He has a bottle by his bedside now. |

Where is a good place to purchase the Bach Flower Essences? I see several when I google, so I am looking for references to reliabiltiy, etc.
Thank you!
