Hello again,
I've been eating an apple or two a day, sometimes 3, for a very long time now. I know it says apple juice is supposed to be one of those stone-dissolving agents, but is it ok if I've just been eating apples, instead? Is there a big difference?

It's hard to get therapeutic doses of Malic Acid from just eating apples. Apple cider and apple cider vinegar are concentrated forms of apples - there are about 5 apples in one glass of apple cider, and if you add ACV you're probably getting 10 apples! A therapeutic dose of Malic Acid - the power needed to dissolve stones and cleanse the liver - is 500 mg 2-4 times a day.
Be sure to eat the skin, that's where most of the malic acid is. |
