Shelley,
I sleep at 3-4AM regularly, but wake up around 1-2PM. Would I still be able to do a liver flush by just adjusting accordingly the time I take the OO? Or do I really need to sync my sleeping times to 10PM or whatever? |

You can adjust the times to your schedule however you wish. |

edenfield,
do you mind explaining how you do a daytime flush? I think this might work better for me, but don't know how to go about it.
thanks, |

| I've done some day time flushes too. I woke up, took the ES, waited 2 hours, took more ES, then waited 2 hours and took the OO/GJ, waited another 6 hours and then took ES, another 2 hours later I drank some juice and then had kichadi before bed. |
