More mag citrate questions

Hey there!

Okay, so I am a girl that loves schedules. I am trying some magnesium citrate this Friday night for my liver flush, and I need a schedule. How does this look:

Take 500mg mag cit at about 9:00pm
3/4 cup juice to 1/2 cup olive oil at 11:00pm
Do I take more mag citrate in the morning when I awaken?

I have a colonic scheduled for 3:00 pm the day after I drink the juice and OO. Will the mag cit cause any diarrhea? I am usually battling constipation...will the mag cit help me move things through the intestines enough to get it all into the bowels by colonic time?

That looks fine!

You can take more in the morning, but it's risky. You don't want diarrhea prior to a colonic. It would be better to do a Salt WAter Flush, which gets out of you pretty darn fast and would push things down for the colonic too.
