I know that you say Magnesium Citrate is good for taking prior to
liver flushing. My quesiton is: are the Magnesium Capsules as
effective as the drink in the green bottle? I notice that the
green bottle has Propylene Glycol in it which we are all to avoid. Thanks

Definitely take pills that are ONLY mag citrate, not any special kind of drink or anything. All you need is the magnesium. Sometimes it's combined with Malic Acid, which is a natural fruit acid so that's okay.

How much mag citrate are you going to take? I was thinking of doing a liver flush with that on Friday.
