Shelley,
I started comparing kyo green prices to perfect food prices. gram per gram you get more perfect food for your money. This seems not right. I found them both on VitaminShoppe.com. Do you have to take less of one of them? Or is it fair to say gram per gram dosage wise. If they are the same I may as well get perfect food.
I looked for digest ease tea and couldnt find any at Wild Oats. They had TONS of tea of course. Should I be looking for just anything with fennel? Yogi has one called stomach ease and has fennel in it.
Thanks
Katie

stomach ease will work just fine! Smile

Oh now that's very interesting! Go for Perfect Food if it really does cost the same or cheaper than the Kyo green. Since you're not overly concered with metals chelation might as well get all the benefits of PF!

Im sorry, but I dont know what chelation is. I was told recently I have alot of metals to get rid of. So I think what you are saying is Kyogreen is better at absorbing metals and carrying them out of the body?
Thanks
Katie

oh chelation means that the metals get bound to something, a protein, and thus exit the body. I have a post on getting metals out of the body in the FAQ, under Cleansing/Detoxing. Smile

yep, I printed the metals cleanse you have in here. So looks like kyo might be better for me right now. I noticed the dose is 2 teaspoons a day for kyo but 2 TABLEspoons for Perfect food. I weigh about 98 pounds. I dont know what dosage to do. I can muscle test if something is good for me. But Im not quite good enough to test dosage yet. Any recommendations?

I always start out with half of the recommended dose, and I weigh more than you do, about 115 usually. I see how I do with that dose for a few days and then start increasing it until I get adverse affects.
