you know i posted on the vital cleansing that i was passing dark pinky material that resembled papaya which i had for breakfast? i think it could have been liver flukes but i'm not sure.. what do they look like and can i get them in britain? maybe i got it when i was abroad? i picked on of the floating ones on tissue (eurggh smooth?) and it felt squiggy Embarassed

what can i do? i havent had a proper bm isince yesterday too. i keep passing this which is from last night (5-6 times already)

and follow a very comprehensive parasite management protocol. I've got the parasite expulsion protocol, which works well for flukes, and is a good start and works great when combined with parasite herbs. Colonix from www.drnatura.com is the most cost-effective program because you get the fiber, laxative and anti-parasite herbs all-in-one.

Wow, Shelly....I definitely had a few of those creatures in my liver flush this weekend!!

I have done the parasite cleanse twice with little result (just a few rice thingies). It was a few months ago. But I definitely expelled a few of those critters yesterday and today!!!

Thanks for the pics.

oh boy... well, better out than in! And now you know why you feel crappy so often. I always feel "better" after a correct diagnosis, because then I can DO something about it! Very Happy
