how do you get rid of bags under eyes? i drink lots of water, get adequate sleep but i still cant shake em off. are some people prone to circles around eyes? mine look darker since i became 70 - 80% vegetarion. i dont think i have kidney issues but i must admit i do take lots of supplements - more than i used to..
just did liver flush no.4 by the way.. got around 40 stones but 25 - 30 of them were absolutely tiny. been taking malic acid for a week and stuck to the diet protocol religiously and enema this morning. i normally get the bigger stones out later in the evening though and the day after.. is that normal? did the alternative method of flush with the second oo/gf in the morning because it helped get lots of stones the last flush..
hope you 're all well

It's quite normal to get smaller stones, because you've been dissolving them! Stone dissolvers really do just that - they shrink the large stones and turn the tiny stones into "chaffe."
Dark circles are all about liver and bowel congestion. Puffyness is kidneys and lymph congestion. You may be taking the wrong supplements or too many. Synthetic vitamins will give you puffy eyes because they are very hard on the kidneys. If it's getting worse since becoming a vegetarian, analyze your diet - is it lacking good fats? Too much raw? Not enough pungent spices or digestive teas? Not enough fluids?
Step up lymph management and keep an eye on your tongue for more clues as to what's really going on. |

| i did the flush and enema but i have got pain the lower end of bowel.. it hurts when i go to the loo.. this is the worst of all the liver flushes/enema .. i dont know if its that the insertr for the enema was infected (i sterilised with bleach first then washed properly) or if candida has started up since going raw or if i've got fissures (which i've noticed lately). i thought that my bowels were really clean lately beacause i've been eliminating frequently and quicky.. do you think that there could be stones stuck? i havent gotten out any more stones when normally i would get a few more in the evening? i feel nautious too with the stomach cramps.. i feel awful.. |

rut-roh!!!
Better fast, or stick to a liquid diet for 3 days. Peppermint/ginger/fennel tea will really help the cramping and bloating. I rely on Natural Medicinal's (I think that's the name - check my post that lists teas) Digest-Aid for a good mix of those herbs. Always calms down my digestion!
For the pain, either slippery elm, marshmallow root, or aloe vera juice would be good and soothing to the intestines. Or drink lots of bone broths.
Hope you feel better soon! |

i go to the toilet expecting to have a nice bowel movement but all i get is since last night is bright pink/red mucous type thing.. i has a papaya before enema yesterday and now all i seem to get is this.. the pain has gone too and i feel better, but weak.. i dont think its blood. its very slimey too. i'm starting to get constipated now i think.. i dont understand why every thing is going wrong at the mo.. i was doing so well last week and even felt great the day after. i havent had much stones out this flush either and i didnt eat that much as usual the day before..
sorry to be a nuisance but i'm just annoyed.. i had really high hopes for this flush and people are starting to think that i've lost the plot including my family even though they dont know about the cleansing, only the diet and my weight loss.. i just need a bit of guidance.. |

Hi Smooth,
How are you today?
I'm wondering if the pink/red mucous-y stuff is actually blood-colored. You might have hemorrhoids that don't protrude. When I was little I had blood in my stools. That was scary. It didn't hurt. Much later I found out that constipation can result in you rupturing capillaries along your colon.
Hope you're a little better.
