I got one of those flash pasturized strawberry/banana/apple juices to drink at work a couple hours after my home juiced carrot juice. Just for convenience on flush day. However, will the strawberry part of the juice mess up my flush? I remember berries make the gall bladder contract. Is this the case with strawberry juice?
Thanks

| Also, is there any more benefit to fresh grape juice over flash pasturized, IF I have to make it 3 hours ahead of time for work? I bought the bottled thinking by the time I can drink it later afternoon, the fresh would have lost its benefit over bottles flash pastur. |

berries don't make the gallbladder contract, only lemon juice does.
Homemade is always better than store bought because it's done in cleaner conditions with less processing/handling by strangers. Even if it has to sit for awhile. Sure you lose the enzymes, but you know exactly where it's been! |
