I'm going to try the oil swish. I also have a question. What is the conection between grinding your teeth and having parasities. I've been grinding my teeth for nearly 30 years. It used to be just at night, but now I do it during the day as well. My jaw is sore all the time, particulary upon awakening. Thank you for your help.

It's a kind of referred tension, both from mineral deficiencies caused by the parasites, toxins and irritation from them, well, moving about where they shouldn't.

Can teeth grinding, or TMJ be caused by anything other than mineral deficiencies or parasites? I have TMJ and have had it since I was a pre-teen. Just wondering what the cause of this is, since it has flared up again recently and been causing me quite a bit of pain.

I believe our old friend stress is a huge factor in teeth grinding. I did it at night all the time, and it stopped immediately upon my leaving my last working-for-somebody-else job.

I've been doing the swish with sesame for about a week now, just for about 4 mins and feel my mouth is a lot cleaner because of it. When I spat out it was still yellow though, so this morning I changed the oil and swished again. When I spat it out it was full of white stringy bits.

Yesterday after I did it I had a really strong pain in the side of my right knee for a few mins.

use any vegetable oil you dno't normally eat. You don't want to RUIN it for your taste buds. Wink

Sesame or sunflower are highly recommended. It's best that it be cold-pressed.

Hello,

I just heard from another healer saying Cold Pressed Sesame is the way to go. She named Eden's as the brand. This person swishes twice a day, doing 4 oil changes each time.

Very interesting topic!

Hi everyone! I just bought Hain's 100% Expeller Pressed Sesame Oil. Now I know everyone has said cold pressed is best, but will there really be a big difference in how it works?

Thanks for any insight that can be given!
