Hi, in case you forgot, I have MCS. I have beeon doing liver flushing, saunas, detox baths to get rid of toxins. I also take supplements and still don't know if I have candida or not. I have read that lemonade fasting can rid the body of years worth of stored toxins. I am willing to do this but I don't want to lose alot of weight. If I lose just 10# I will look anorexic. What is your opinion on lemonade or water fasting?

For thin people I don't recommend it. I recommend continuing to eat things that are cleansing such as Kichadi or either cleansing salad for lunch, broths and eggs like egg drop soup, and the Cleansing Drink for breakfast and dinner. Just plain lemon water is not supportive enough. For you to truly cleanse you need minerals and such. I recently posted the Vital Cleanse, that could be a good cleanse for you.

One more question. I have read that fasting with with amlagam fillings is contraindicated. Does that mean tht if you have mercury filings fasting will cuase the mercury to be released into your body? I would like to do juice fast for 14 days or more and don't know if I should do so. I have 2 fillings. Thanks.

Okay, one of my pet peeves is people saying "don't do anything until you have your amalgams out."

That rule should be enforced somewhat for metals chelation, but otherwise? It's like a death warrant. If you have dental work, that just SCREEAMS that you need to cleanse!!! because you have bad teeth for one... and cleansing/detoxing is the only way to help the body now that you've gone and got dental work.

And dental work isn't the automatic baddie that everyone says it is, it depends on the person. If dental work was always bad we would have seen much more damage to people all around the world, much more of a difference.
