intravenous vitamin c and b injections

Hi Shelley during the cleansing stage is it ok to do intravenous vitamin c and by injections or are these too full on? I can't get emergen c here and was wondering is it ok to take vitamin c calcium ascorbate, per gram 900mg from calcium ascorbate. Clacium 100mg from Calcium Ascorbate. I'm not sure if that means i'm getting calcium in this as well? I was going to do your cleanse.

That's buffered Vitamin C, which means it won't add any acidity to your stomach. Calcium is a buffer, which is why it's in TUMS.

Injections would be fine. B vit injections are especially great. You probably don't need to get tons of C injections, just find any chewable C tablet and enjoy those. Much nicer than getting stuck with a needle!
