Hi again
Shelley, have you ever experienced emotional release via dreams? After my latest liver flush, I had two seperate dreams, within a few nights of each other. In each, I was in a very intense argument with one of my parents (one with mom, one with dad). I can't remember what we were arguing about but in both the argument was so intense (more than anything ever in real life) that it actually frightened me, and when I woke up the sense of relief that it wasn't real was huge. Just curious... |

Oh yes! Very much so. Usually my dreams are a way to vent the frustrations of the day, but I have worked on some very deep issues in my sleep. I've woken up crying from dreams, you name it. If I go an entire week without a dream I know I'm low on B vits. |

| B6 makes dreams more vivid, and easier to remember. |
