Shaking body

Hi all,

My dog is now nearly 13 and 6 month ago we had to remove her uterus. I don't know but probably what I am observing afterwords is not in direct connection with the operation. My dog has began shaking with all her body for just a second, sometimes more times a day. It looks like at humans, just before we fall asleep. Does anybody have any knowledge what this is all about?
