My best/worst flush ever left me with a stuck stone and it is interfering with bile. I really don't want to do another LF for a while (I am a bit too scared to because my kidneys REALLY took a beating from that last one...plus I have had heart palpitations since that LF and I can't get them to go away). Should I just take a couple tablespoons of olive oil a day, or should I take something to crush stones? I don't know of anyplace around where I live that I could buy gold coin grass and I don't have enough for it anyways |

I did a search on CureZone and found someone with a problem similar to mine, and I decided that I am going to do another LF on Friday...although it will be a "softer" one (I take 3/4 cup of olive oil and 3/4 cup lemon juice normally which is pretty harsh but gives great results). This stuck stone is giving me heart palpitations, worsened allergies, a vaginal yeast infection that is VERY painful, along with messing up my GI tract and fat digestion, so I think that as long as I am gentle with my body then it should be ok. I am going to try taking 2 tablespoons of olive oil a day, though, to see if I can get it to move enough to where I can wait 3 more weeks. I took some a while ago, and I can feel the stone moving around just a little bit, so I wonder if it's working. |

Read the liver management notes in the FAQ here, you have TONS of options. Just a tablespoon of oil chased by a Cleansing Drink will do you tons of good. You can dissolve the stone with malic acid, lecithin, liquid phosfood (which is cleansing to the kidneys), apple or cherry cider, or cranberry juice which is also good for the kidneys - check out the alternative cleansing drink in the FAQ recipes.
If you think your kidneys can handle it, often all you need to do for stuck stones is to take a teaspoon of Epsom salts in a large glass of water as a chaser to a tablespoon of oil. |

| Thanks Shelley, I am trying the mini-flush idea you posted (the stone feels pretty big, though, and isn't coming out easy). However, I am getting the most horrible headaches that come out of nowhere, heart palpitations, and light-colored stools...can you explain to me biologically how these problems can be connected to blocked bile? |

| pale colored stools means blocked stone because it isn't allowing the release of bile and toxins, which has all the coloring agents. Toxic buildup means headache. The weird heart rate is because the stone being out of place causes spasming and all kinds of feedback signals that upset the vagus nerve, thus causing a weird pulse. And all the magnesium probably doesn't help either. |

Thank you for your reply! The whole area where my liver is feels "alive" with spasming and stones moving around like mad (which really hurts at times). There's more then one stuck and it is not coming out. I agree that the magnesium doesn't help (it made me really sick to my stomach last night) but I don't know if I can flush without it and expect to get these stones out. They are driving me crazy. I think what I will do tonight is just forget the magnesium salts and take 3 tablespoons of olive oil and see if that helps. 2 tablespoons got the bile flowing enough to shove the stone down a little bit (felt really funny but it made the headaches partially go away) so maybe tonight I will have more luck |

Be sure to massage the area after you take the oil. Just reach under your ribs on the right side and press down towards your belly button. That helps get things out. You can also do hurdler stretches and yoga. Lots of people have released stones that way after a high-fat meal. |

The olive oil didn't help . I decided that I am going to do a liver flush, but I am going reduce the oil and lemon to 1/2 a cup and take 1-1 1/2 tablespoons epsom salts. I just ate fast food (Taco Time I believe their burritoes are extremely high in fat) and my liver area is spasming like mad and my heart is palpitating bad, so I am just going to "risk" the epsom salts because I think these stones are hurting my health more then the epsom salts would. I figure that as long as I am gentle, then I should be ok. |
