YAY I just got myself a rebounder!
I have very congested lymphatics and was told this is the way to go. My naturopath said I should do about 20 mins a day (maybe 10 morning and nite). I was also told that a litre of warm water prior will clean my bowels out and keep them healthy.
My question is this… should I take my probiotics and glutamine before or after the rebounding? I like to take those supplements on en empty stomach but don’t want to make an internal milkshake out of them either. How long before/after should I take them?
