That's right. Smile

I was thinking about how you say that liver flushing primarily affects any forehead breakouts, which seem to be directly connected to the liver. But, what about those chin breakouts? I happened to think of it as I am growing a big hormone zit right this very moment! Since the liver metabolises hormones, and chin acne is related to hormones, won't liver flushing/cleansing help with these breakouts as well?

I have done 5 flushes so far with amazing results. I don't understand how the liver can hold so many stones. Is it freakin' hollow? I just don't get it.

Thanks!

have you ever prepared and eaten calves liver? It is so soft and pliable, practically a cloud! so yes, it can hold a LOT of stones. It can become enlarged by *several pounds*.

The entire T seems to be ruled by the liver, except for the mouth which has more to do with hormones and lack of B vits.

The acne on the chin is kind of a combo - liver, small intestine and hormones.

Yes, cleansing the liver will help hormones, as will avoiding estrogenic foods like soy.

Have you ever taken Guggal (an herb) or lecithin? Both are fantastic at helping the body metabolize and exit the bad fat buildup. Planetary Formula's has a Guggal complex that may be ideal for your situation.

Also good are the fat-burners L-taurine, L-arginine.

Thanks, Shelley. I added zinc to my diet though I am now going to get some B vits, especially B5 (which I hear is wonderful for helping acne). It seems that despite the high quality of my diet, perhaps food just isn't what it used to be. I can only find previously frozen salmon, for instance.

I haven't tried Guggal. Is that the stuff that looks like enlarged ginger in the produce section?

I have tried lecithin and still take very small amounts almost every day. Once I get up to 1 tbsp or more a day, I break out more and start spotting. I can't tell if this is a good thing. Hopefully, my body will get to a point where this doesn't happen whenever I take it.

I never eat soy. All of my dairy is raw and kefired. I can't think of any estrogenic foods I would be eating.

You're just great!

Nutritional Yeast and Wheat Germ are wonderful sources of B's, as is Emergen-C and Cal-Mag Fizz. Solaray has a good complex of B's too.

guggal is an extract from a tree native to India so you won't find it in the grocery stores. Smile
